10. That it is necessary to prohibit the use of the agricultural pesticide Monocrotophos. Therefore,
DECREE:
The objective of this decree is to prohibit for agricultural use, the registration, importation, redirection, manufacture, formulation, repackaging (reenvase), repacking (reempaque), storage, commercialization, and use, of raw material or formulated product containing Monocrotophos.
