Considering:
23, of February 1st of the current year, the "Regulation on the procedure for the Temperature Recording of Hydrobiological Products aboard vessels holding a medium and advanced small-scale commercial fishing license, foreign-flagged vessels, and at receiving stations and collection centers" is issued.
Marvin Mora, Deputy Technical Director, recommends that said agreement be amended so that it takes effect as of October 1st, 2007. Therefore, it is agreed:
To amend Transitory Provision One, of Agreement AJDIP/010-2007, published in La Gaceta No. 23, of February 1st, 2007, so that it shall henceforth read as follows:
"Transitory provision one: This procedure shall be implemented in one phase and shall apply to medium-scale and advanced vessels, taking effect as of October 1st, 2007.
