Full Text of Norm 273 Amendment to the Regulation for the Regulation and Control of the Efficient Use of Fuel at Preferential Prices, Intended for the National Tourist Fishing Fleet Full Text of act: AE3D2 COSTA RICAN INSTITUTE OF FISHERIES AND AQUACULTURE COSTA RICAN INSTITUTE OF FISHERIES AND AQUACULTURE REGULATION FOR THE REGULATION AND CONTROL OF THE EFFICIENT USE OF FUEL AT PREFERENTIAL PRICES, INTENDED FOR THE TOURIST FISHING FLEET A.J.D.I.P./273-2007.-Puntarenas, on the nineteenth day of July, two thousand seven.

I.That by agreement No. AJDIP/020-2007, published in La Gaceta No. 24, of February 2, 2007, the "Regulation for the regulation and control of the efficient use of fuel at preferential prices, intended for the National Tourist Fishing Fleet" was issued.

II.That according to Mr. Ricardo Gutiérrez Vargas, Regional Director of Guanacaste, he has submitted, through official communication No. DRG-116-07-2007, a proposal to modify the formula for calculating the diesel granted to the Tourist Fishing Fleet of Guanacaste. He indicates that said proposal was approved by all members of the Fuel Commission. Therefore:

IT IS AGREED:

To modify agreement No. AJDIP/020-2007, Article 9, table in which the models for assigning fuel to vessels are established, specifically row 3, which shall read as follows:

I.Que mediante acuerdo Nº AJDIP/020-2007, publicado en La Gaceta Nº 24, del 2 de febrero del 2007, se emite "Reglamento para la regulación y control del uso eficiente del combustible a precio preferencial, destinado para la Flota Pesquera Turística Nacional".

II.Que de acuerdo el señor Ricardo Gutiérrez Vargas, Director Regional de Guanacaste, ha remitido mediante oficio Nº DRG-116-07-2007, propuesta de modificación de la fórmula de cálculo de diesel que se otorga a la Flota Pesquera Turística de Guanacaste. Indica que dicha propuesta fue aprobada por todos los miembros de la Comisión de Combustible. Por tanto:

SE ACUERDA:

Modificar el acuerdo Nº AJDIP/020-2007, artículo 9, tabla en la que se establecen los modelos para asignar combustible a las embarcaciones, específicamente fila 3, la cual se deberá leer de la siguiente manera:
