P.E.-San José, August 31, 2006 THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC AND THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND LIVESTOCK Based on articles 140 subsections 3), 8), 18) and 20) and 146, of the Political Constitution; articles 25, 27 subsection 1), 28 subsection 2b) of Law No. 6267 of May 2, 1978; General Law of Public Administration; articles 34, 35 and 36; of Law No. 7779 of April 30, 1998; Ley de Uso, Manejo y Conservación de Suelos.
Considering:
