I.-That through agreement AJDIP/086-2006, this Board of Directors issued the "Regulation for the regulation and control of the efficient use of preferentially priced fuel, destined for the national non-sport fishing fleet, in jurisdictional waters or outside of them." II.-Que es necesario corregir algunos artículos del citado Reglamento, a los efectos de evitar que el mismo se pueda prestar a interpretaciones erróneas. Por tanto, SE ACUERDA:

"Artículo 9º-La Orden de compra tendrá una vigencia de sesenta días calendario, vencido el plazo de su vigencia sin haberse hecho efectiva, la misma caducará de pleno derecho, sin embargo, en casos excepcionales, ante solicitud expresa del interesado en un plazo máximo de 10 días hábiles contados a partir de la fecha de vencimiento y en donde conste justificación razonable, el Jefe de la SCAC podrá emitir una nueva orden de combustible por un plazo igual.
. Para las embarcaciones de la flota en PEQUEÑA ESCALA la solicitud se recibirá durante los primeros veinte días hábiles posteriores al(los) último(s) viaje(es) anterior(es), para lo que se reconocerá un máximo de 25 días de ausencia...
