1. 1That through Executive Decree Nº 28461-MAG of December 3, 1999, published in El Alcance Nº 13 to La Gaceta Nº 39 of February 24, 2000, in its article 3 the annual canons that the College of Agricultural Engineers will receive from each company, establishment or commercial business dedicated to the import, registration, storage, distribution, repackaging or mixing of chemical, biological or related substances for agricultural and livestock use for commercial purposes, that registers in the Registry created for that purpose by article 56 of Law 7064 of April 29, 1987, FODEA Law and article 27 of Law Nº 7664 of April 8, 1997, Law on Plant Protection, were established.
2. 2That the Executive Branch, through the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, may review the established canons annually, on its own initiative or at the request of the Board of Directors of the College of Agricultural Engineers.
3. 3That through official communication J.D. 099/05 of July 5, 2005, the Board of Directors of the College of Agricultural Engineers, requested that the established amounts be updated, taking special consideration of the fact that the last setting was carried out in the year 2000. Therefore;

1. 1Que mediante Decreto Ejecutivo Nº 28461-MAG del 3 de diciembre de 1999, publicado en El Alcance Nº 13 a La Gaceta Nº 39 del 24 de febrero del 2000, en su artículo 3 se fijaron los cánones anuales que el Colegio de Ingenieros Agrónomos percibirá por cada empresa, establecimiento o negocio comercial dedicado a la importación, registro, almacenamiento, distribución, reempaque o mezcla de sustancias químicas, biológicas o afines para uso agropecuario con fines comerciales, que se inscriba en el Registro creado al efecto por el artículo 56 de la Ley 7064 del 29 de abril de 1987, Ley FODEA y artículo 27 de la Ley Nº 7664 del 8 de abril de 1997, Ley de Protección Fitosanitaria.
2. 2Que el Poder Ejecutivo, a través del Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería puede revisar anualmente los cánones fijados, por iniciativa propia o a solicitud de la Junta Directiva del Colegio de Ingenieros Agrónomos.
3. 3Que mediante oficio J.D. 099/05 del 5 de julio del 2005, la Junta Directiva del Colegio de Ingenieros Agrónomos, solicitó se actualizaran los montos establecidos, tomando especial consideración al hecho de que la última fijación se realizó en el año 2000. Por tanto;

DECRETAN:
