Considering:
It borders: to the north, Los Tepezcuintles S. A.; to the south, public road to Manuel Antonio and Quepos; to the east, Camaronera creek and Murillo Bejarano Sociedad Anónima, and to the west, Desarrollos Playas Manuel Antonio S. A., given that said property is registered in the name of Desarrollos Playas Manuel Antonio S. A., legal ID Nº 3-101-259600.
A., legal ID Nº 3-101-259600, was valued along with the respective indemnifications through judgment 22-5-00 at eight hours, of July 26, 2000, of the Administrative Fiscal Tribunal in which the amount to indemnify is set at the sum of forty-eight million seventeen thousand three hundred eighty-one exact colones (¢48,017,381.00).

Considerando:
Manuel Antonio S. A., siendo que dicho inmueble se encuentra inscrito a nombre de Desarrollos Playas Manuel Antonio S. A., cédula jurídica Nº 3-101-259600.
A., cédula jurídica Nº 3-101-259600 fue valuada junto con las indemnizaciones respectivas mediante sentencia 22-5-00 de las ocho horas, del 26 de julio del 2000 del Tribunal Fiscal Administrativo en la que se .ja el monto a indemnizar en la suma de cuarenta y ocho millones diecisiete mil trescientos ochenta y un colones exactos (¢48.017.381,00).
Por tanto,
DECRETAN:
A., cédula jurídica Nº 3-101-259600, que su naturaleza es actualmente, conforme al plano catastrado P-448727-1997, terreno de montaña, situado en el distrito 01 (Quepos), cantón 06 (Aguirre) de la provincia de Puntarenas, con una medida real de 18 hectáreas 4849 metros con 38 decímetros cuadrados.
Colinda: al norte, Los Tepezcuintles S. A.; al sur, calle pública a Manuel Antonio y Quepos; al este, quebrada Camaronera y Murillo Bejarano Sociedad Anónima, y al oeste, Desarrollos Playas Manuel Antonio S. A.
