AUTHORIZATION TO THE RURAL DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE(*) TO SEGREGATE A LOT FROM ITS PROPERTY AND DONATE IT TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD OF THE ISAÍAS RETANA ARIAS ENVIRONMENTALIST TECHNICAL COLLEGE (*) (Its name modified by Article 14 of Ley 9036 of May 11, 2012, "Transforms the Instituto de Desarrollo Agrario (IDA) into the Instituto de Desarrollo Rural (INDER) and Creates the Technical Secretariat for Rural Development") Sole Article.-The Instituto de Desarrollo Rural (INDER)(*), legal identification number four-zero zero-zero-zero four two one four three, is authorized to segregate a plot of land from the property registered in its name in the Public Registry, Property Section, province of San José, under the Real Folio System, registration number one hundred twenty-eight thousand seven hundred twenty-seven-zero zero zero, which is agricultural land, a public road, and housing, located in district 1, canton XIX, of the province of San José. It measures: one hundred eighty-two thousand one hundred twenty-nine point eight square meters. It measures: one hundred forty-five thousand eight hundred fifty-two point eighty-six square meters, and its current boundaries are as follows: to the north, Gonzalo Fallas Aguilar; to the south, Miguel Salazar Sibaja, lot No. 13, and the Instituto de Desarrollo Rural(*); to the east, José Gamboa Arias; and to the west, a public road, with a frontage of twenty-six point thirty-six linear meters, and with the Instituto de Desarrollo Rural(*).

AUTORIZACIÓN AL INSTITUTO DE DESARROLLO RURAL(*) PARA QUE SEGREGUE UN LOTE DE SU PROPIEDAD Y LO DONE A LA JUNTA ADMINISTRATIVA DEL COLEGIO TÉCNICO AMBIENTALISTA ISAÍAS RETANA ARIAS (*) (Modificada su denominación por el artículo 14° de la Ley N° 9036 del 11 de mayo de 2012, "Transforma el Instituto de Desarrollo Agrario (IDA) en el Instituto de Desarrollo Rural (INDER) y Crea Secretaría Técnica de Desarrollo Rural") Artículo único.-Autorízase al Instituto de Desarrollo Rural (INDER)(*), cédula de persona jurídica cuatro-cero cero cero-cero cuatro dos uno cuatro tres, para que segregue un terreno de la finca de su propiedad inscrita en el Registro Público, Sección de Propiedad, provincia de San José, bajo el Sistema de Folio Real, matrícula número ciento veintiocho mil setecientos veintisiete-cero cero cero, la cual es terreno de agricultura, calle pública y vivienda, situado en el distrito 1º, del cantón XIX, de la provincia de San José.
