I.—That through official communication PR-1646-2005, MBA. Jorge López Romero, Head of the Protection and Registry Department, through which he submits a proposal of requirements that must be requested for the processing of the commercial tuna fishing license, for foreign vessels.
II.—That this Board of Directors proceeds to accept the proposal submitted, for the purposes of adding to the agreement AJDIP/238-2005, the requirements for granting a commercial tuna fishing license. Therefore, IT IS AGREED:
To add to the agreement AJDIP/238-2005, the following requirements for granting a commercial tuna fishing license, for foreign vessels.

Payment of the respective fee at any Bank of the National Banking System in the amount of $54 per Net Registered Tonnage. The issuance fee for a license will not be charged.

I.—Que mediante oficio PR-1646-2005, el MBA. Jorge López Romero, Jefe Departamento de Protección y Registro, mediante el cual remite propuesta de requisitos que se deben solicitar para el trámite de la licencia de pesca comercial de atún, para barcos extranjeros.
II.—Que esta Junta Directiva procedente acoger la propuesta planteada, a los efectos de adicionar al acuerdo AJDIP/238-2005, los requisitos para el otorgamiento de licencia de pesca comercial de atún. Por tanto, SE ACUERDA:
Adicionar al acuerdo AJDIP/238-2005, los siguientes requisitos para el otorgamiento de licencia de pesca comercial de atún, para barcos extranjeros.
