Considering:
1889-2005, of February 21, 2005, the Municipal Council of Parrita agreed to request the National Institute of Housing and Urbanism (Instituto Nacional de Vivienda y Urbanismo) to approve the proposed changes to the urban regulatory plan of the canton of Parrita to reduce the density of the minimum lot dimensions from 350 m2 to 220 m2.
Francisco Mora Protti, Director of Urbanism, and MSc.
