in the entirety of the text - Complete Text of Norm 32373 Declares the Asociación Administradora del Acueducto Rural de Pejibaye Jiménez to be of Public Utility for the interests of the State Complete Text acta: 178082 Nº 32373 Nº 32373 (This executive decree was rendered without effect by Article 1 of Executive Decree N° 45124 of June 23, 2025) THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC AND THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE Based on the provisions of Articles 140, subsection 18) and 146 of the Political Constitution, Article 32 of the Law of Associations, and Articles 27 et seq. of its Regulations.
I.-That Article 32 of the Law of Associations number 218 of August 8, 1939, and its amendments, grants the Executive Branch the power to declare simple, federated, or confederated associations to be of Public Utility, whose development and activities are particularly useful for the interests of the State, and which thereby contribute to addressing a social need.
II.-That the Asociación Administradora del Acueducto Rural de Pejibaye Jiménez, legal entity ID Nº 3-002-231036, represented by Mr. Guido Solano Trejos, of legal age, educator, identity card Nº 3-232-301, resident of Pejibaye de Jiménez, was registered in the Associations Registry of the Public Registry on October 19, 1998, under file Nº 10178 (folios 15, 43).
III.-That among the purposes pursued by the association are the following: it indicates that its purposes are the following: "a) Administer, operate, and conserve the aqueduct in good condition, according to the provisions and Regulations issued by Acueductos y Alcantarillados. B) Obtain the effective participation of the community in the maintenance of the Aqueduct. C) Collaborate in the educational programs and campaigns that are undertaken. D) Help explain and disseminate in the community the provisions and Regulations of Acueductos y Alcantarillados. E) Cooperate in the plans, projects, and works undertaken by Acueductos y Alcantarillados in the community. F) Participate in the surveillance and protection of the Aqueduct's supply sources, prevent their contamination, and help with the protection of the region's hydrographic basins." I.-Que el artículo 32 de la Ley de Asociaciones número 218 de fecha 08 de agosto de 1939 y sus reformas, confiere al Poder Ejecutivo la potestad de declarar de Utilidad Pública a las asociaciones simples, federadas o confederadas, cuyo desarrollo y actividades sean particularmente útiles para los intereses del Estado, y que por ello contribuyan a solventar una necesidad social.
II.-Que la Asociación Administradora del Acueducto Rural de Pejibaye Jiménez, cédula de persona jurídica Nº 3-002-231036, representada por el señor Guido Solano Trejos, mayor, educador, cédula de identidad Nº 3-232-301, vecino de Pejibaye de Jiménez, se inscribió en el Registro de Asociaciones del Registro Público el 19 de octubre de 1998, bajo el III.-Que entre los fines que persigue la asociación se encuentran los siguientes: indica que los fines de la misma son los siguientes: "a) Administrar, operar y conservar en buenas condiciones el acueducto con las disposiciones y Reglamentos que al respecto emita Acueductos y Alcantarillados. B) Obtener la participación efectiva de la comunidad, en el mantenimiento del Acueducto. C) Colaborar en los programas y campañas de índole educativas que se emprendan. D) Ayudar a explicar y divulgar en la comunidad las disposiciones y Reglamentos de Acueductos y Alcantarillados. E) Cooperar en los planes, proyectos y obras que emprenda Acueductos y Alcantarillados en la comunidad. F) Participar en la vigilancia y protección de las fuentes de abastecimiento del Acueducto, evitar las contaminaciones de las mismas y ayudar a la protección de las cuencas hidrográficas de la región."
