Considering:
26921-MAG of March 20, 1998, published in La Gaceta No. 98 of May 22 of the same year, the Regulation to the Phytosanitary Protection Law was issued, and its article 112 established the composition of the National Technical Commission on Biosafety (Comisión Técnica Nacional de Bioseguridad).
