In order to request a temporary service, the interested party must:
- a)Submit the corresponding written request, indicating a telephone number, fax, or address for notifications.
- b)Present their identity card (cédula de identidad) and submit the respective photocopy, on both sides.
- c)A literal and updated certification issued by the Property Registry (Registro de la Propiedad) or by a Notary Public, for the property in question.
The corresponding request must be submitted to the New Services Section, also expressing: the type of service requested; the place where the service is to be used, the duration of the activity, and the estimated number of users who will use the service.
When dealing with services for civic festivals, public spectacles, and other activities of this nature, the authorizations and permits required from the competent authorities must be attached.
When the request comes from one of the current clients of ESPH, they must prove they are current with the payment of services and other obligations they have with the Company (Empresa) and authorize the cost of consumption exceeding the deposit given as a guarantee to be included in their billing.
2.-It becomes effective upon its publication in the Official Gazette La Gaceta.
