throughout the text - Full Text of Norm 509 Amendment to the Regulation for the Regulation and Control of the Efficient Use of Fuel destined for the National Non-Sport Fishing Fleet in Jurisdictional Waters or Outside Them Full Text of record: 7003D AJDIP/509 AJDIP/509.-Puntarenas, on the twenty-first day of November of the year two thousand three.
Considering:
7384 of March 16, 1994, published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 62, of March 29, 1994, Law Creating the Costa Rican Institute of Fisheries and Aquaculture (INCOPESCA), issued the Regulation for the Regulation and Control of the Efficient Use of Fuel destined for the National Non-Sport Fishing Fleet in Jurisdictional Waters or Outside Them.
10: "The Purchase Order shall be valid for sixty calendar days, once the term of its validity has expired without having been executed, the same shall expire by operation of law and under no circumstance may it be revalidated." 3º-That the Members of the Board consider it advisable that in exceptional cases of force majeure or fortuitous event, duly justified, the Administration may assess the possibility of revalidating the exempted fuel purchase order.
IT IS AGREED:
