throughout the text - Full Text of Norm 509 Amendment to the Regulation for the Regulation and Control of the Efficient Use of Fuel destined for the National Non-Sport Fishing Fleet in Jurisdictional Waters or Outside Them Full Text of record: 7003D AJDIP/509 AJDIP/509.-Puntarenas, on the twenty-first day of November of the year two thousand three.
IT IS AGREED:
1º-To amend Article 10 of the Fuel Regulation, so that it reads as follows:
"Article 10.-The Purchase Order shall be valid for sixty calendar days, once the term of its validity has expired without having been executed, the same shall expire by operation of law and only under circumstances highly qualified as force majeure or fortuitous events in the judgment of the Executive Presidency of INCOPESCA may it be revalidated.
For these purposes, the interested party, no later than within the 10 business days following its expiration, must address a petition to your Office attaching the strict proofs that demonstrate that the alleged circumstances of force majeure or fortuitous event are true. Under any circumstance, the interested party must additionally present certification from RECOPE indicating that said order has not been executed." 2º-It takes effect upon its publication.

SE ACUERDA:
1º-Modificar el artículo 10 del Reglamento de Combustible, para que se lea de la siguiente manera forma:
"Artículo 10.-La Orden de Compra tendrá una vigencia de sesenta días calendario, vencido el plazo de su vigencia sin haberse hecho efectiva, la misma caducará de pleno derecho y sólo bajo circunstancias muy calificadas de fuerza mayor o casos fortuitos a juicio de la Presidencia Ejecutiva del INCOPESCA podrá revalidarse.
