throughout the entire text - Complete Text of Regulation 439 Amendment to the Agreement Regulating the Use of Circular Hooks with an Angle no greater than five degrees by Individual Fishermen and Vessels Engaged in Sport Fishing Activity Complete Text of Minutes: 6FB33 AJDIP/439 AJDIP/439.-Puntarenas, on the twenty-fourth day of October, two thousand three.
IT IS AGREED:
1º-Article 1 of Agreement AJDIP/063-2003 is amended to henceforth read as follows: Every individual sport vessel conducting sport fishing activities for Billfish (Picudos) using live or dead bait of natural origin in Costa Rican waters must use circular hooks. Said hooks shall not be mandatory nor required when the sport fishing activity for Billfish (Picudos) is carried out using the fishing method called Fly Fishing (Pesca Con Mosca) or when trolling with artificial lures, as long as live or dead bait of natural origin is not used in association with such lures.
2º-Let it be published.

en la totalidad del texto - Texto Completo Norma 439 Reforma Acuerdo que Regula la Utilización de Anzuelos Circulares con un Ángulo no mayor a cinco grados por parte de los Pescadores Individuales y Embarcaciones dedicadas a la Actividad de Pesca Deportiva Texto Completo acta: 6FB33 AJDIP/439 AJDIP/439.-Puntarenas, a los veinticuatro días del mes de octubre del año dos mil tres.
SE ACUERDA:
1º-Modifíquese el Artículo 1º, del Acuerdo AJDIP/063-2003, para que en lo sucesivo se lea de la siguiente manera: Toda embarcación deportiva individual que realice actividades de pesca deportiva de Picudos usando carnada viva o muerta de origen natural en aguas costarricenses deberá utilizar anzuelos circulares. Dichos anzuelos no serán obligatorios ni exigidos cuando la actividad de pesca deportiva de Picudos se realice utilizando el método de pesca denominado Pesca Con Mosca (Fly Fishing) o cuando se trolee con engañadores artificiales, en el tanto no se utilice carnada viva o muerta de origen natural en asociación con dichos engañadores.
2º-Publíquese.
