- a)The bill corresponding to that period shall indicate to the customer that there is an increase in consumption.
- b)Once the customer appears to file a claim, they shall be asked to fill out a review form.
- c)At the customer's request, the ESPH, S. A. shall order an inspection, at the customer's expense according to the rate established by the Autoridad Reguladora de los Servicios Públicos ARESEI, aimed at verifying the existence or not of a leak.
- d)If the inspection concludes that a non-visible or indeterminate leak exists, a report shall be made by the Commercial Department to the High Consumption Evaluation Commission (Comisión Evaluadora de Alto Consumos).
- e)The Evaluation Commission shall analyze and legitimize the inspection report and, based on it, may modify the billing for up to three consumption periods. The modification shall be made by reducing only 60% of the excess, relative to the average of the last three months. A copy of each resolution must be sent to the Board of Directors with its respective reasoning.
- f)When the customer has a sanitary sewerage rate, that service shall be charged according to the customer's average consumption during the last three months prior to the leak. The application of the article shall only consider water supply (acueducto) consumption.
- g)It takes effect upon its publication in the Official Gazette La Gaceta.
2°—Final agreement.
