Full Text acta: 6A6E7 Nº 31284 Nº 31284 THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC AND THE MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT AND ENERGY In exercise of the powers conferred by article 140, subsections 3) and 18) of the Political Constitution and based on the provisions of articles 82 and 87 of the Wildlife Conservation Law No. 7317 of October 30, 1992, and articles 6, 11, 27 and 157 of the General Law of Public Administration.
Whereas:
27212-MINAE of the eighteenth day of June of nineteen ninety-eight, published in La Gaceta number one hundred sixty of August eighteenth, nineteen ninety-eight, the "Jaguarundi Private Wildlife Refuge (Refugio de Vida Silvestre de Propiedad Privada, Jaguarundi)" was declared.
Considering:
OH-250-03 of May 7, 2003 and the file opened for this purpose, it was determined that the farms Folio Real numbers: forty thousand seven hundred six-zero zero zero and one hundred seven thousand eight hundred twenty-two-zero zero zero, according to cadastral map No. H-284030-95, form part of the block of farms that declare the "Jaguarundi Private Wildlife Refuge" as a protected wild area and that at the time the decree was drafted they were erroneously omitted.

27212-MINAE of the eighteenth day of June of nineteen ninety-eight, published in La Gaceta number one hundred sixty of August eighteenth, nineteen ninety-eight, so that it reads as follows:
"Declare the Jaguarundi Private Wildlife Refuge the properties belonging to Sociedad Humana de los Estados Unidos de América Sociedad Anónima and to Sociedad Treinta y Ocho-Seis Sociedad Anónima, registered in the Public Property Registry, under the Folio Real Systems numbers: one hundred eighteen thousand six hundred-zero zero zero; forty thousand seven hundred six-zero zero zero; four thousand eight hundred sixty-five-zero zero zero; forty thousand seven hundred six - zero zero zero and one hundred seven thousand eight hundred twenty-two-zero zero zero, which are lands of forestry vocation and are located in Los Altos del Roble, fourth district, Los Ángeles; fifth canton, San Rafael of the province of Heredia, within the Cordillera Volcánica Central Forest Reserve and in the vicinity of Braulio Carrillo National Park, between geographic coordinates 229 - 231 north latitude and 527 - 530 Barva Nº 3346-11, scale 1:50,000 of the National Geographic Institute".

"Declárese Refugio de Vida Silvestre de Propiedad Privada Jaguarundi los inmuebles pertenecientes a la Sociedad Humana de los Estados Unidos de América Sociedad Anónima y a la Sociedad Treinta y Ocho-Seis Sociedad Anónima, inscritos en el Registro Público de la Propiedad, bajo los Sistemas de Folio Real números: ciento dieciocho mil seiscientos-cero cero cero; cuarenta mil setecientos seis-cero cero cero; cuatro mil ochocientos sesenta y cinco-cero cero cero; cuarenta mil setecientos seis - cero cero cero y la ciento siete mil ochocientos veintidós-cero cero cero, que son terrenos de vocación forestal y se encuentran ubicados en Los Altos del Roble, distrito cuarto, Los Ángeles; cantón quinto, San Rafael de la provincia de Heredia, dentro de la Reserva Forestal Cordillera Volcánica Central y en las cercanías del Parque Nacional Braulio Carrillo, entre las coordenadas geográficas 229 - 231 latitud norte y 527 - 530 Barva Nº 3346-11, escala 1:50.000 del Instituto Geográfico Nacional".
