Complete Text record: 68711 No. 31253 No. 31253 THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC AND THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE AND GRACE Based on the provisions set forth in articles 140, subsection 18) and 146 of the Political Constitution, in article 32 of the Law of Associations and in articles 27 and following of its Regulation.

Considering:

2nd—That the Rural Aqueduct Association of San Rafael, INVU and San Isidro de Peñas Blancas, legal entity identification number 3-002-205858, was registered in the Registry of Associations of the Public Registry on the seventeenth day of July, nineteen ninety-seven, under file number 8736. 3rd—That the purposes pursued by the Association, according to the third article of its Bylaws, are: "... Article Three: A) To administer, operate, and maintain in good condition the Aqueduct, in accordance with the provisions and regulations issued thereto by the Institute of Aqueducts and Sewers. B) To obtain the effective participation of the community, in the maintenance of the aqueduct. C) Collaboration in educational programs and campaigns that are undertaken. D) To help explain and disseminate within the community the provisions and regulations of the Costa Rican Institute of Aqueducts and Sewers. E) To cooperate with the plans, projects, and works undertaken by the Costa Rican Institute of Aqueducts and Sewers in the community. F) To participate in the surveillance and protection of the aqueduct's supply sources, to prevent their contamination, and to assist in the protection of the region's hydrographic basins. 5th—That such purposes solve a social need of the highest order, for which they merit the support of the Costa Rican State. Therefore,

Decree:

Given at the Presidency of the Republic.—San José, on the tenth day of the month of June, two thousand three.

Texto Completo acta: 68711 Nº 31253 Nº 31253 EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPUBLICA Y LA MINISTRA DE JUSTICIA Y GRACIA Con fundamento en lo dispuesto en los artículos 140, inciso 18) y 146 de la Constitución Política, en el artículo 32 de la Ley de Asociaciones y en los artículos 27 y siguientes de su Reglamento.

Considerando:

2º—Que la Asociación Acueducto Rural de San Rafael, INVU y San Isidro de Peñas Blancas, cédula de Persona Jurídica número 3-002-205858, se inscribió en el Registro de Asociaciones del Registro Público desde el día diecisiete de julio de mil novecientos noventa y siete, bajo el expediente número 8736. 3º—Que los fines que persigue la Asociación, según el artículo tercero de sus Estatutos, son: "... Artículo Tercero: A) Administrar, operar, y conservar en buenas condiciones el Acueducto, de acuerdo con las disposiciones y reglamentos que al respecto emita el Instituto de Acueductos y Alcantarillados. B) Obtener la participación efectiva de la comunidad, en el mantenimiento del acueducto. C) Colaboración en los programas y campañas de índole educativa que se emprendan. D) Ayudar a explicar y divulgar en la comunidad las disposiciones y reglamento del Instituto Costarricense de Acueductos y Alcantarillados. E) Cooperar con los planes, proyectos y obras que emprenda el Instituto Costarricense de Acueductos y Alcantarillados en la comunidad. F) Participar en la vigilancia y protección de las fuentes de abastecimiento del acueducto, evitar las contaminaciones de las mismas, y ayudar a la protección de las cuencas hidrográficas de la región. 5º—Que tales fines solventan una necesidad social de primer orden, por lo que merecen el apoyo del Estado Costarricense. Por tanto,

Decretan:

Dado en la Presidencia de la República.—San José, a los diez días del mes de junio del dos mil tres.

Artículo 1 — —Declare of Public Utility for the interests of the State the Rural Aqueduct Association of San Rafael, INVU and San Isidro de Peñas Blancas, legal entity identification number 3-002-205858.

Artículo 2 — —It is the duty of the Association to render an annual report to the Ministry of Justice, in accordance with what is indicated in article 32 of the Regulation to the Law of Associations.

Artículo 3 — —Once this Decree is published, the interested parties must formalize and present the respective testimony before the Registry of Associations of the National Registry, for its inscription.

Artículo 4 — —It becomes effective as of its publication.

Artículo 1 — —Declárese de Utilidad Pública para los intereses del Estado a la Asociación Acueducto Rural de San Rafael, INVU y San Isidro de Peñas Blancas, cédula de Persona Jurídica número 3-002-205858.

Artículo 2 — —Es deber de la Asociación rendir anualmente un informe ante el Ministerio de Justicia, de conformidad con lo indicado en el artículo 32 del Reglamento a la Ley de Asociaciones.

Artículo 3 — —Una vez publicado este Decreto los interesados deberán protocolizar y presentar el respectivo testimonio ante el Registro de Asociaciones del Registro Nacional, para su inscripción.

Artículo 4 — —Rige a partir de su publicación.
