Artículo 2 — —This decree shall enter into force upon its publication.

Artículo 1 — —Refórmese el artículo 2º del Decreto Ejecutivo Nº 13 del 26 de mayo de 1969, reformado por el artículo 1º del Decreto Ejecutivo Nº 30653-S-MAG-MINAE-MEIC, para que en lo sucesivo se lea de la siguiente manera:
