in the entirety of the text - Complete Text of Rule 30895 Sets the amount of per diems for members of the Board of Directors of the Costa Rican Institute of Fisheries and Aquaculture Complete Text record: F3CA5 No. 30895-MAG-H No. 30895-MAG-H (This executive decree was repealed by Article 1 of Executive Decree No. 37947 of July 18, 2013) THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC AND THE MINISTERS OF AGRICULTURE AND LIVESTOCK AND OF FINANCE Based on the provisions of Articles 140 subsections 3), 8), 18), and 20) and 146 of the Political Constitution, Law No. 7138 of November 16, 1989, and Law No. 7384 of March 16, 1994.
1st-That the per diems for the members of the Board of Directors of the Costa Rican Institute of Fisheries and Aquaculture have been set since the month of January of the year 2001 and have not been adjusted, even though the new Board of Directors began its functions as of the month of July of the year 2002.
2nd-That it is necessary to adjust said per diems, to compensate for the increase in the cost of living and inflation.
3rd-That the technical bodies of the Institute have carried out the respective analyses to define the percentage of increase and the new amount of the per diems, for which INCOPESCA has the necessary and approved budgetary resources to cover their payment. Therefore,
