Full Text record: F32BA No. 30488-H No. 30488-H THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC AND THE MINISTER OF FINANCE In exercise of the powers granted in subsections 3) and 18) of Article 140 of the Political Constitution; 26 and 27 of the General Public Administration Law and Articles 21, 23, 24 and 25 of Law No. 8131 and its Regulations, as well as Law No. 6877.
Whereas:
6877 creating the National Groundwater, Irrigation, and Drainage Service (Servicio Nacional de Aguas Subterráneas, Riego y Avenamiento, SENARA) indicates that its functions include providing technical advice and services to institutions, when the advice and provision of services to said institutions are not part of the service's programs and projects.

29511-H and its amendments, are hereby expanded, such that the total budget expenditure and total effective expenditure may not exceed the sum of ¢1628.2 million, during that period.
