in the entirety of the text - Complete Text of Regulation 30182 Amends the budgetary and effective spending limit for the year 2002 of the National Parks Fund Complete Text acta: 48B0B Nº 30182-H Nº 30182-H THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC AND THE MINISTER OF FINANCE Based on the powers conferred by subsections 3) and 18) of article 140 of the Political Constitution, articles 26 and 27 of the General Law of Public Administration, Laws N° 7554 of October 4, 1995, N° 6084 of August 17, 1977, Executive Decree N° 24652-MIRENEM of September 20, 1995, and Executive Decree N° 29684-MP of July 23, 2001.
1º-Whereas by Executive Decree N° 29684-MP the reconstruction of the National Historic Monument La Casona, located in Santa Rosa National Park, is declared of public interest.
2º-Whereas the aforementioned regulatory body authorizes all bodies and institutions of the central and decentralized state administration to contribute to the reconstruction of the mentioned monument.
3º-Whereas the Ministry of Environment and Energy forms part of the Commission for the Reconstruction of the National Historic Monument La Casona, located in Santa Rosa National Park.
4º-Whereas the National Parks Fund is a special fund of the National System of Conservation Areas and forms part of the organizational structure of MINAE.
5º-Whereas to finance the reconstruction tasks of the National Historic Monument La Casona, it is necessary to incorporate additional resources into the budget of the National Parks Fund for the payment of said expenditures.
6º-Whereas through Executive Decree N° 29511-H, published in La Gaceta N° 98 of May 23, 2001, the Budgetary Authority formulated the General Budgetary Policy Guidelines for 2002, which were made known to the Government Council and approved by the President of the Republic, establishing the budgetary and effective spending limit for this year, for the entities covered by the scope of the aforementioned Collegiate Body.
7º-Whereas due to the foregoing, it becomes necessary to amend the spending limit set for the National Parks Fund in the cited Decree. Therefore, They decree:
