"Article 3-Said economic subsidy will be granted to 700 mollusk extractors, on a one-time basis, in the amount of ¢30,000.00 (thirty thousand colones) per person; and will be granted charged to Line Item 605, Worker Assistance of Program 732, Development and Social Security, of the Budget of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security." c- To provide certification from INCOPESCA, stating that they are extractors of mollusks; that they reside in the Central Canton of the Province of Puntarenas and that they have faced a decrease in their income, which has unfavorably modified the working conditions in the mollusk extraction activity, during the period from November 1 to December 31, 2001, as a consequence of the prohibition decreed by Executive Decree 29595-S, published on June 14, 2001 in La Gaceta No. 120."
