Considering:
5100 of November 15, 1972 and Executive Decrees No. 7901-A of January 16, 1978 and No. 11148-A of February 15, 1980, ratified by Law No. 6794 of December 27, 27, 1982, Manuel Antonio National Park was established, with the purpose of protecting the existing ecosystems in the area and its scenic beauty.
29177-MINAE of November 17, 2000, the Maritime Terrestrial Zone of Playa Rey, Playa Savegre, Boca del río Savegre and Boca del río Portalón and the adjacent wetland zones were added to Manuel Antonio National Park.
Therefore, They Decree:
Starting from a point located on the current boundary of the Park, with Coordinates 371237.075 N and 447200.000 E, it continues along a succession of straight lines over the following vertices:
