No. 29409-J-MOPT-MAG THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC THE MINISTERS OF JUSTICE AND GRACE, OF PUBLIC WORKS AND TRANSPORT, AND OF AGRICULTURE AND LIVESTOCK In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 140, subsections 3) and 18 of the Political Constitution, Law No. 4786 of July 5, 1971, and its amendments, Law No. 6227 of May 2, 1978, the General Public Administration Act, Law No. 7384 of March 16, 1994, the Law Creating the Costa Rican Institute of Fisheries and Aquaculture, and Law No. 7064 of April 29, 1987, the Law for the Promotion of Agricultural Production, which incorporates the Organic Law of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock.
DECREES
Considering:
24061-MOPT of February 21, 1995, published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 50 of March 10 of the same year, the Fishing Terminal located in Barrio El Carmen, Puntarenas, was declared a port zone intended for fishing and related activities, with its administration and operation being granted for all purposes to the Costa Rican Institute of Fisheries and Aquaculture.
27757-MOPT of January 25, 1999, published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 68 of April 9, 1999, the Decree cited in the preceding considering clause was supplemented for the purpose of empowering the Institute to determine and define the use, utilization, and destination of the buildings existing in said Fishing Terminal.
Therefore, They decree:
Sole Article.— REPEALED
