4º Coordinate, through the Director of Animal Health and Livestock Production, agreements, accords, contracts, memoranda of understanding, and similar instruments with legal persons, public or private, national or international, in matters within its competence.
5º Any other function assigned to it by higher authorities, laws, regulations, or normative provisions.

3º Brindar servicios de inseminación artificial y análisis laboratorial en los campos específicos de su competencia, a los productores nacionales, individuales u organizados, así como a Instituciones Públicas o Privadas que así lo requieran. Los servicios serán brindados con el costo que establezca el Decreto de Cobro de Servicios del Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería.
4º Coordinar a través del Director de Salud Animal y Producción Pecuaria, los convenios, acuerdos, contratos, cartas de entendimiento y similares con personas jurídicas, públicas o privadas, nacionales o internacionales en las materias de su competencia.
5º Cualquier otra función que las autoridades superiores, leyes, reglamentos o disposiciones normativas le asignen.
