1 copy of the construction permit for the stable or barn.
Certified copy of the property deed; if rented, a certified copy of the lease agreement.
1 copy of the INS policy for occupational risks and one for civil liability covering third parties or property damage.
1 copy of the Acam contract if operating any media outlet.
1 certification of a veterinary medical opinion (dictamen médico) for the animals every three months.
Have a branding mark (marca de fierro) as identification for the equines, issued by the Public Registry of Property.
Have communication devices such as: radios, intercoms, or others.
Have riding equipment for the horse in optimal condition, saddle, bits, blinders (tapa ojos).
Contract duly authenticated with the owner of the property where said activity will be operated.
Foreigners may apply for a license provided their residence card grants free-of-conditions status.
An inspection report (acta de inspección) must be obtained from the Municipality giving approval for operation.
In the case of corporations, attach the following:
1 copy of the corporate identification number (cédula jurídica).
1 certification of legal representation (personería jurídica).
1 certified copy of the articles of incorporation (acta constitutiva) of the legal entity.
