LEY 258 THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF COSTA RICA,
DECREES:
M-3586-933, drawn up by the surveyor don Oscar Herrera Chaves on May 9, 1933, approved by the Dirección General de Catastro on June 9, 1933, and which reads:
“Lot number one, public square— fifty meter frontage, on the south side, by a street of twelve meters in width; on the north side, fifty meters bordering the San Miguel street; on the east side, one hundred meters bordering the cemetery; on the west side, one hundred meters bordering Calixto Arce’s property. It has an area of five thousand square meters, within the limits indicated by a thick line on the plan.”
Transitory.— As this law does not harm acquired rights, any legitimate title that may exist over the square shall be respected.
Executive Branch.— Palace of the President of the Republic.— San José, the twentieth of July of one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three.
