services rendered as a member of the Legislative Branch shall be taken into account, as well as those rendered in private schools if it is proven that the requirements of Article 15 have been met. In both cases, contributions to the pension fund must continue in the proportion corresponding to the category. Likewise, when, with prior authorization from the Secretariat of Public Education, one serves in schools outside the country, if it results from the respective testimonials that the interested party may also be considered within the aforementioned Article 15 and upon their return reimburses the value of the legal contributions to the pension fund.
The teacher or professor who, upon becoming part of the Legislative Branch, had ceased contributing to the pension fund, may avail themselves of the benefits of this article, provided they reimburse the amount of the contributions they had ceased to pay."
