4656, of October 31, 1970, regarding stamp tax on photocopies via microfilm at the Pledges Registry, is hereby reformed, and shall read as follows:
"Article 2.- The funds collected, by virtue of the provisions of the preceding article, shall be deposited within the first five days of each month by the Central Bank of Costa Rica, directly into the current account of the Administrative Board of the National Registry and shall be allocated for the acquisition of materials and equipment and other maintenance expenses of the General Pledges Registry.
For control purposes, the stamps used on the photocopies shall bear a special distinctive mark."
