Reform of the Regulation of the Law of Incentives for Tourism Development No. 25838-H-TUR THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC AND THE MINISTERS OF FINANCE AND TOURISM Based on articles 140, subsections 3) and 18) of the Political Constitution and article 7, subsection b) ii) of Law No. 6990, Law of Incentives for Tourism Development.
1.— That Executive Decree No. 24863-H-TUR, Regulation to the Law of Incentives for Tourism Development, establishes the calculation factors to cover the direct costs of fuel handling in order to give it a competitive price.
2.— That to guarantee fuel price equity in aviation (aviación) at the Liberia and Juan Santamaría airports, it is advisable to have unified prices.
3.— That the unification of aviation fuel prices at the Liberia and Juan Santamaría airports will contribute to flights being able to access the Liberia airport more easily. Therefore, THEY DECREE:
Considering:
24863-H-TUR, Regulation of the Law of Incentives for Tourism Development No. 6990 of July 15, 1985, and its Reforms, is hereby reformed to the effect that the original factor to cover the direct costs of fuel handling shall be US$ 0.04011/liters, such that the resulting price of Jet Fuel and Av-Gas fuels is the same at the Juan Santamaría and Daniel Oduber (Liberia) airports.

Reforma Reglamento Ley Incentivos para el Desarrollo Turístico N§ 25838-H-TUR EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPUBLICA Y LOS MINISTROS DE HACIENDA Y TURISMO Con fundamento en los art¡culos 140 incisos 3) y 18) de la Constituci¢n Pol¡tica y art¡culo 7 inciso b) ii) de la Ley N§ 6990, Ley de Incentivos para el Desarrollo Tur¡stico.
1§- Que el Decreto Ejecutivo N§ 24863-H-TUR Reglamento a la Ley de Incentivos para el Desarrollo Tur¡stico, establece los factores de c lculo para cubrir los costos directos de manejo de combustible a efectos de darle al mismo un precio competitivo.
2§- Que para garantizar la equidad de precios de combustibles de aviaci¢n en los aeropuertos de Liberia y Juan Santamar¡a es conveniente tener precios unificados.
3§- Que la unificaci¢n de precios de los combustibles de aviaci¢n en los aeropuertos de Liberia y Juan Santamar¡a contribuir a que los vuelos puedan accesar m s f cilmente al aeropuerto de Liberia. Por tanto,
