- a)Deeds referring to credits that constitute the ordinary activity of the mentioned institutions, and b) Deeds of purchase and sale, mortgage, lease, constitution of easements (servidumbres), and acquisition of goods and services that constitute the ordinary activity of public entities and public enterprises and their subsidiaries.
It is understood that the notaries who prepare the deeds of the aforementioned institutions shall not charge fees, in any case, to these institutions, and they shall so state in the respective documents. Likewise, for deeds that must be formalized before the State Notary's Office, the interested institution must forward the respective case file with a draft or draft deed of the act or contract.
