Además, faculta al Estado para apoyar iniciativas de desarrollo local y las actividades de micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas vinculadas al turismo, con el objetivo de mantener, proteger y potenciar el patrimonio y los bienes culturales de la zona. La norma entra en vigor a partir de su publicación.
