III, art. 6, dated February 3, 2025, approved amending Article 43 of the Regulations to the Municipal Plan for the Integrated Management of Solid Waste of the canton of Palmares, so that it reads as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of this article, the administered party may appeal the classification received, for which purpose they must submit the respective exculpatory evidence.
