The field inspection report must be rendered on the official form prepared and authorized by the Municipal Administration for such effects, and must be accompanied by a report in which the inspectors detail at least the following information: Field inspection ticket number.
1. Report number.
2. Date and time of the inspection.
3. Date and time of the report.
4. Name and identification number of the inspectors responsible for the inspection, as well as the name and identification number of any other person who was present or participated in the inspection.
5. File number corresponding to the inspection.
6. Name and identification number of the applicant.
7. Exact location of the parcel (exact address, district, canton, province).
8. Number of meters fronting the Public Zone.
9. Number of meters fronting a public street.
10. Number of square meters or hectares requested.
11. Cadastre plan number, if any.
14. Abutting properties (north, south, east, and west).
15. Time of occupation, if stated by the interested party.
16. Requested use.
17. Topographic description of the parcel, and whether the field coincides with the graphic description of the sketch or plan provided.
18. Indication of whether conflicts arose at the time of the inspection.
19. Existence of crops and type of crop.
20. Existence of improvements and a detailed description of the same (quantity, area, materials, whether they are inhabited and for what purpose, number of floors, state of conservation, rooms, if possible, fences, walls, type of existing vegetation, number of inhabitants if possible, apparent age, apparent state of conservation, among others); whether they are located in the Public Zone or Restricted Zone, proximity to estuaries, mangroves, rivers, beaches, streams, among others.
21. Existence of streets and whether these accessways coincide with those shown in the road network established by the Council, their width and condition, type of road material, public utilities available (water, electricity, public lighting, telephone, cable television, internet, 22. solid waste collection, among others) 23. Existence of a Tourist Suitability Declaration.
24. Comments, observations, among others.
25. Annex of photographs of the land and existing constructions, related to reference points such as rivers, streams, among others.
The municipal inspector shall have 8 business days to deliver the inspection result to the responsible official of the ZMT department. (Assuming there are no constructions or commercial activities), the applicant shall be given notice of the inspection result through an administrative resolution, which shall be informative in nature.
