The sale of awarded assets may be financed by the Forest Credit Program through an operation approved by the forest credit committee, which must have a mortgage guarantee, at the interest rate for credits with this type of guarantee, and with a maximum term of 20 years.
The sale price shall be established based on an appraisal conducted by the competent professional contracted by the trustee. When the appraisal amount exceeds the book value or recovery value of the operation determined by the trustee, the final sale amount may be adjusted downwards, and this shall be approved and accepted by the forest credit committee through a firm agreement. The sales strategy for the awarded assets shall be carried out through the procedure shown in annex 6 of this Regulation.

INFORMED CONSENT The undersigned (referred to as the User) freely, unequivocally, specifically, and informedly authorize the Fondo Nacional de Financiamiento Forestal, legal identification number 3-007-204724, hereinafter referred to as FONAFIFO, to create, store, and consult my personal data, whether sensitive or not, that identify me and make me identifiable before different institutions, credit bureaus, databases, and pertinent information, acknowledging:

- f)That the processing that FONAFIFO will give to the requested personal data shall be its analysis, to determine the user's compliance with requirements to be part of the Pago de Servicios Ambientales Program for exclusively internal purposes.
- g)That the user has the right to provide or not provide the data requested by FONAFIFO, and therefore the user is in no case obligated to supply personal information; however, the sole consequence of not providing us with the data requested in the Income Application forms shall be the impossibility of the Responsible Party to carry out the activity described above, this being because the requested information is strictly necessary and not excessive, strictly adhering to the principle of data quality of the regulation on the matter.
- h)That by virtue of Ley N°8968, the user is entitled to a series of rights in relation to the personal information provided to FONAFIFO, such as the right to request the rectification, updating, or deletion of the information provided, it being understood that the information provided shall always be the property of the user.
- i)That the party responsible for the database shall be the Head of the Information and Communication Technology Unit (Informática) of FONAFIFO, who is located at FONAFIFO's main offices. Page 2 of 2 j) FONAFIFO, on the occasion of and for the effective provision of the services requested or offered, may collect, purchase, verify, and consult the user's personal data existing in other databases supplied by third parties.
- k)FONAFIFO may assign, transfer, and exchange the personal data it obtains and maintains in its database internally and with third parties, located outside the internal scope, who provide or will provide services to FONAFIFO, such as, but not limited to: collaborators, advisors, creditors, correspondents, regulatory and supervisory authorities, governmental authorities; risk centers, collection agencies, and the Financial Intelligence Unit (Unidad de Inteligencia Financiera) of the Instituto Costarricense sobre Drogas; on the understanding that said information shall likewise not be sold or otherwise commercialized, the foregoing on the occasion of and for the effective provision of the services requested or offered by FONAFIFO.

7.2. INCOME CERTIFICATION: If an income from the developer is being proposed within the cash flow, an income certification issued by a public accountant or a salary statement must be provided. Additionally, in the case of already established companies, they must present the financial statements for the last three periods or an income certification performed by a certified accountant demonstrating the payment capacity.
7.3. AMOUNT AND TERM REQUESTED: Indicate the total amount for which the credit is requested and the term for which the credit is requested, according to the subprogram.

For the sale of awarded properties, the collection and dissemination of their information shall proceed as follows:
1. Preparation of a digital technical sheet, containing at least the registry information of the awarded property and the appraisal information and the corresponding sale price amount. It must also contain a map with the geographic location for each awarded property, based on the respective field visit, and a file in kml format that can be shared via mobile device, as well as a detailed description of the address for its subsequent field visit by third parties.
2. Publication of the sheet for each awarded property through FONAFIFO's digital media, offering the properties for sale, through all contacts of the officials of the central and regional offices.
3. Publication through print media and placement of said information, both in the 8 regional offices of FONAFIFO, and on the information boards of the municipalities within their area of influence.
4. Publication of the sheets of the awarded properties through FONAFIFO's official social media.
5. Preparation and dissemination of a digital flyer through the Colegio de Ingenieros Agrónomos and Forestales and Sector organizations such as NGOs (Fundecor, Codeforsa, Fundecongo, etc.), that can generate publicity regarding the properties available for sale.
6. Coordinate with BNCR about the possibility of advertising the sale of farms carried out by the branches.
7. Coordinate with the Asociación Solidarista of FONAFIFO, the presentation of the properties at the annual assemblies of associates.
