I.—That the Legislative Assembly, through Law No. 10414 of the fourteenth day of November of two thousand twenty-three, published in Digital Gazette Scope No. two hundred fifty-six of Digital Gazette No. two hundred thirty-seven of the twenty-first of December of two thousand twenty-three, approved the Accession of the Republic of Costa Rica to the International Convention for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas and its Protocol of Amendments to the Convention, adopted on 18 November 2019.
II.—That the aforementioned Convention shall enter into force for each Party on the date of its approval, ratification, or acceptance. Therefore:

l.-Que la Asamblea Legislativa mediante Ley número 10414 del día catorce de noviembre de dos mil veintitrés publicada en el Alcance número doscientos cincuenta y seis de la Gaceta Digital número doscientos treinta y siete del veintiuno de diciembre de dos mil veintitrés, aprobó la Adhesión de la República de Costa Rica al Convenio Internacional para la Conservación del Atún del Atlántico y su Protocolo de Enmiendas al convenio, adoptadas el 18 de noviembre de 2019.
ll.-Que el mencionado Convenio entrará en vigor para cada Parte; en la fecha de su aprobación, ratificación o aceptación. Por tanto; En uso de las facultades que les confieren los incisos 10 y 12 del artículo 140 y el artículo 146 dé la Constitución Política de la República de Costa Rica.
