in the entirety of the text - Complete Text of Regulation 201 Reform of the Regulation for the Quadrants of the District Head Towns Enabled by Decreto Ejecutivo N° 25902-MIVAH-MPMINAE and the Roadway and Transportation Regulation of the Municipality of Santa Bárbara MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA BÁRBARA NOTICES The Municipal Council of the Municipality of Santa Bárbara, in ordinary session N° 201-2024, held on Monday, March 11, 2024, through agreement N° 12-2024, resolved by unanimity of those present and definitively approved as final, ratified in the ordinary session of Monday, March 18, 2024.
I.-Regarding the Urban Development Regulation for the quadrants of the District Head Towns Enabled by Decreto Ejecutivo N° 25902-MIVAH-MPMINAE and its reforms:
First: It shall correctly read: Regulation for the Quadrants of the District Head Towns Enabled by Decreto Ejecutivo N° 25902-MIVAH-MPMINAE.
Second: Articles N° 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 are repealed and henceforth the provisions and urban planning parameters established in Decreto Ejecutivo Nº 25902, the Subdivision and Urbanization Regulation (Reglamento de Fraccionamientos y Urbanizaciones) of the INVU, and the Construction Regulation (Reglamento de Construcciones) of the INVU shall apply.
Third: Articles N° 1 and 8, concerning the delimitation of the urban quadrants of Santa Bárbara, San Pedro, San Juan, Jesús, Santo Domingo and Purabá and their expansion zones, remain in force in their entirety.
II.-Regarding the Roadway and Transportation Regulation: First: Articles 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 15, 16 are repealed, and henceforth the provisions and parameters established in the Ley General de Caminos Públicos, N° 5060; Ley Especial para la Transferencia de Competencias: Atención Plena y Exclusiva de la Red Vial Cantonal, N° 9329; Ley de Administración Vial, N° 6324; Ley de Tránsito por Vías Públicas Terrestres y Seguridad Vial, N°. 9078; the Regulation to Ley 9329, Decreto Nº 40137-MOPT, the Subdivision and Urbanization Regulations (Reglamento para Fraccionamientos y Urbanizaciones) of the INVU, and the Construction Regulation (Reglamento de Construcciones) of the INVU shall apply.
Second: Articles 12, 13, and 14 remain in force in their entirety.
III.-The secretary of the Council is instructed to publish in the Official Gazette La Gaceta the repeals and provisions above, for their effectiveness vis-à-vis third parties.

en la totalidad del texto - Texto Completo Norma 201 Reforma Reglamento para los Cuadrantes de las Cabeceras de Distrito Habilitados mediante Decreto Ejecutivo N° 25902-MIVAH-MPMINAE y Reglamento de vialidad y transporte de la Municipalidad de Santa Bárbara MUNICIPALIDAD DE SANTA BÁRBARA AVISOS El Concejo Municipal de la Municipalidad de Santa Bárbara, en sesión ordinaria N° 201-2024, celebrada el lunes 11 de marzo del 2024, mediante el acuerdo N° 12-2024, acordó por unanimidad de los presentes y definitivamente aprobado en firme, ratificada en sesión ordinaria del lunes 18 de marzo del 2024.
I.-Del Reglamento de Desarrollo Urbano para los cuadrantes de las Cabeceras de Distrito Habilitados mediante Decreto Ejecutivo N° 25902-MIVAH-MPMINAE y sus reformas:
Primero: Léase correctamente: Reglamento para los Cuadrantes de las Cabeceras de Distrito Habilitados mediante Decreto Ejecutivo N° 25902-MIVAH-MPMINAE.
Segundo: Se derogan los artículos N° 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 y adelante aplicar las disposiciones y parámetros urbanísticos establecidos en el Decreto Ejecutivo Nº 25902, en el Reglamento de Fraccionamientos y Urbanizaciones del INVU, y el Reglamento de Construcciones del INVU.
Tercero: Se mantienen vigentes y en su totalidad los artículos N° 1 y 8, sobre la delimitación de los cuadrantes urbanos de Santa Bárbara, San Pedro, San Juan, Jesús, Santo Domingo y Purabá y sus zonas de expansión.
II.-Del Reglamento de Vialidad y Transporte: Primero: Se derogan los artículos 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 15, 16, y en adelante aplicar las disposiciones y parámetros establecidos en la Ley General de Caminos Públicos, N° 5060; Ley Especial para la Transferencia de Competencias: Atención Plena y Exclusiva de la Red Vial Cantonal, N° 9329; Ley de Administración Vial, N° 6324; Ley de Tránsito por Vías Públicas Terrestres y Seguridad Vial, N°. 9078; Reglamento a la Ley 9329, Decreto Nº 40137-MOPT, los Reglamento para Fraccionamientos y Urbanizaciones del INVU y el Reglamento de Construcciones del INVU.
Segundo: Se mantienen vigentes y en su totalidad los artículos 12, 13 y 14.
III.-Se instruye a la secretaria del Concejo a publicar en el Diario Oficial La Gaceta las derogatorias y disposiciones supra, para su eficacia frente a terceros.
