in the entirety of the text - Full Text of Norm 187 Integrated Solid Waste Management Plan (Plan de Gestión Integral de Residuos Sólidos, PGIRS) of the Canton of Montes de Oro MUNICIPALITY OF MONTES DE ORO MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF MONTES DE ORO The Municipal Council of Montes de Oro definitively approves Agreements No. 5-6 and 7 in Ordinary Session No. 187-2023 dated November 28, 2023.

AGREEMENT 5 · Pursuant to Official Letters ALCM-599-2023 and Official Letter UGAM No. 052-2023, the Municipal Council agrees to update the element (time) of the action plan of the Integrated Solid Waste Management Plan (Plan de Gestión Integral de Residuos Sólidos, PGIRS) of the Canton of Montes de Oro, running those that have been affected, for a period equal to or less than the time elapsed from this moment into the future. These operational actions would be No. 2, No. 3 No. 5, No. 6, and No. 7." ACUERDO 5 · Conforme a los Oficios ALCM-599-2023 y Oficio UGAM N°052-2023, el Concejo Municipal acuerda actualizar el elemento (tiempo) del plan de acción del Plan de Gestión Integral de Residuos Sólidos (PGIRS) del Cantón de Montes de Oro, corriendo los que se han visto afectados, en un periodo igual o menor al tiempo transcurrido desde este momento hacia el futuro. Estas acciones operativas serían N°2, N°3 N°5, N°6 y N°7".

ACUERDO 6 · "Conforme al acuerdo N.5, de esta Sesión, el Concejo Municipal acuerda solicitar a la Administración gestionar la publicación en el Diario Oficial la Gaceta de la actualización de los tiempos del Plan de Gestión Integral de Residuos Sólidos (PGIRS) del Cantón de Montes de Oro".

ACUERDO 7 · "El Concejo Municipal acuerda solicitar a la Administración publicar en la página Oficial de la Municipalidad el Plan de Gestión Integral de Residuos Sólidos (PGIRS) del Cantón de Montes de Oro y la aprobación por parte del Concejo Municipal".

La publicación será colgada en la página oficial de la municipalidad, tanto el PGIRS actualizado, como el acuerdo que lo avala.
