in the entirety of the text - Complete Text of Regulation 190 Reform of Management Measures for the Use of Live Bait by the Commercial Fishing Fleet and Sport Fishing in the Costa Rican Pacific Ocean COSTA RICAN INSTITUTE OF FISHERIES AND AQUACULTURE (This regulation was repealed by agreement No. AJDIP/252-2023 of October 17, 2023) AJDIP/190-2023.-Puntarenas, on the fifteenth day of the month of August, two thousand twenty-three.
AGREES 1°-To suspend the application of Article 4 in its subsections a, b and c; and Article 5 of Board of Directors Agreement AJDIP/280-2014, until such time as the points generating confusion regarding the application of the same are clarified.
2°-To immediately transfer Board of Directors Agreement AJDIP/280-2014 to the INCOPESCA Research Department, so that it may proceed with the technical analysis of the provisions established in Article s 4 and 5 of the referenced agreement and proceed to present said analysis and corresponding considerations before this Board of Directors, in order to take the appropriate measures.
3°-Final Agreement.

ACUERDA 1°-Suspender la aplicación del artículo 4 en sus incisos a, b y c; y el artículo 5 del Acuerdo de Junta Directiva AJDIP/280-2014, hasta el tanto no se aclare los puntos que generan confusión en cuanto a la aplicación del mismo.
