La máster Laura Villarreal Loáiciga, Jueza Coordinadora del Juzgado Penal del Tercer Circuito Judicial de San José, mediante nota del 5 de agosto de 2016, remitió el siguiente informe:
“Reciban un cordial saludo y conforme lo dispuesto en sesión de ese honorable Consejo del 24 de febrero del año 2012, en su artículo XXXIV, me permito rendir informe sobre las personas detenidas por más de seis meses de la siguiente forma.
